What's stopping you from reaching your goals? Do you need some accountability? Some structure? Feedback? Are you tired of writing alone?
Writer's camp was developed to help writer's reach their goals. We meet on a weekly-basis for events that develop our craft, career and community. Events range from a Q&A with a literary agent to a potluck where everyone shares their favorite dish and their favorite story. Even when you can't make the event, you'll get so much out of the weekly writing exercises and prompts.
There are two branches of writing camp, one that meets in Manhattan and one that meets in Queens. Depending on your schedule, you can choose which group you want to attend each weekend.
If you're looking to meet other writers, if you want to be held accountable, if you want to have fun reaching your goals, sign up for the next camp.
Here's how it works:
At the beginning of each week, you'll receive an email with details about the upcoming event. The emails include writing exercises and motivation. You can choose if you'll attend the Queens or Manhattan event when you RSVP.
